We warmly invite you to request the use of our building for your special occasions, including weddings, funerals, and community meetings. Your presence is valued, and we are here to support your important events. To begin the process, please complete the form below. Once submitted, we will review your request and respond promptly.
Please be aware that there are modest fees associated with using the facilities to ensure a smooth and memorable experience. Please select all that apply and fill out the form below. All weddings must adhere to our governing bylaws, and as such, there may be instances where we cannot accommodate. Please note that no alcohol is allowed in our building. For appetizers or catered meal (or pot luck) we can comfortably seat 35-40 at round tables, black table cloths provided for use.
- Onsite Event Coordinator: $250
- Sound and Lighting: $150
- Janitorial, Table, and Chair Setup: $100
- Disposable Dinnerware: $25-$50
- Officiant Honorarium, (if needed) $300
- Coffee Service (Creams, Flavoring, enough to serve your entire group), $35
- Wedding Facility use fee, $300 (Member Wedding), $500 non member fee.
- Funeral Facility use Fee, $100 (Member Fee), $200 non member fee.
